Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by wiisingonline.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of goods original value. We¡¯ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Return goods have two optional purpose:A.Exange B.Refund

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Buyer must contact us via email or msn at wiisingus@msn.com, BEFORE returning any items. Items returned without contacting us will NOT get to their intended destination.
